The ILLINOIS REPEATER ASSOCIATION is an organisation of trustees and representatives of repeaters, state-wide, whose goal is mutual cooperation on the VHF and UHF spectrum, in the voluntary spirit of Amateur Radio.

The Illinois Repeater Association on-line Repeater Directory has undergone some big changes recently. We are now using a new listing format that integrates the digital systems lists into the regular repeater directory listings.

The listings now have multiple sections based on transmitter emission type desginators. Scroll down to the end of the normal analog listings to see the new digital systems lists at the end of the page. If a digital system is capable of analog operation as well (mixed-mode), then there will be a listing in the analog section at the top of the page, and there will be a 2nd listing appearing at the end for whichever digital system type is used. If a system is digital-only, such as D-STAR, then there will only be a single listing in the appropriate digital section.

There are four directory pages, sorted in differing ways, by city, region, frequency, etc. and all four have multiple sections based on emission types (These are the same directory pages as linked to on the home page):
